Two Cases of Paragonimiasis associated with Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Abstract
|
|
|
In two cases of paragonimiasis, one showed a tension pneumothorax in the right lung and other showed a pneumothorax of moderate degree in the left chest and pleural thickening-in right lung base.
Both cases recovered satisfactorily within 2 weeks with rest water seal drainage, and bithionol therapy.
